Allow me to introduce myself...

Libby Murdoch is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a wealth of presentation experience, she facilitates Basic EMDR Training for other clinicians on a monthly basis for ThriveTraining & Publications, an EMDRIA approved training provider. Prior to developing Resources for Building Resilience and Psychological CPR, Libby was a trainer for Roy Kiessling’s Critical Incident Desensitization Protocols; she has provided both of these trainings to clinicians, paraprofessionals, and first responders. Libby also recently co-facilitated a Trauma Responsive Care Certification series for first responders in Cincinnati, OH. 

Libby has presented at. Number of conferences across the US, including the Health and Human Services Conference in Duluth, MN, the Forward March Conference on Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC, and most recently at the Tristate Trauma Network’s fall conference in Cincinnati, OH. 

Libby specializes in topics in neuroscience including, resilience, relationships, self-care, trauma and addictions. She focused on techniques based on brain science in treatment, including EMDR, and believes in educating and empowering her clients and those who attend her presentations. As a published author and experienced trainer, she has a passion for making neuroscience accessible to everyone. 

Sheldon Reisman

Sheldon Reisman, LISW-S, SEP, is the Founder of Therapy Cincinnati, a group practice located in Cincinnati that specializes in treating trauma using EMDR. Sheldon is a Certified EMDR Therapist and an Approved Consultant in Training through EMDRIA. He is trained in Attachment Focused EMDR, as well as Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, and Psychodrama, and he uses this in his clinical work with clients.

Vanessa Solis

Vanessa Solis (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Vanessa is a certified EMDR therapist and Approved EMDRIA Consultant with special interests in the Flash Technique, Racial Trauma, and EMDR Intensives. She provides consultation for Certification, and coaching for EMDR clinicians integrating EMDR into their practice. Vanessa is also the owner of Empowered Mind Therapy Center, a group practice focused on using EMDR to empower Women of Color in their own healing.

Norine Vander Hooven

Norine Vander Hooven is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in practice for over 35 years. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, suicide loss survivors, top ranking executives, as well as therapists. Norine is also certified in EMDR therapy, and is an EMDRIA approved consultant. She uses this to work in an intensive model with people with complex childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, traumatic life events, and peak performance. Norine served as the Chair of the Youth Suicide Prevention Committee for the American Association of Suicidology for 3 years,She has also been a member of the communications and social media teams for the American Association of Suicidology. Norine currently works primarily with young adults and adults in her private practice in Westlake Village, CA.
